Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs)
Cat.NO hUC-MSC-01
Human Umbilical cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells(UC-MSCs) are isolated from umbilical cord matrix (Wharton’s Jelly) and demonstrated with spindle-shaped-, and fibroblast-like cells.
Product Overview
Human Umbilical Cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells(UC-MSCs) are isolated from umbilical cord matrix (Wharton’s Jelly) and demonstrated with spindle-shaped-, and fibroblast-like cells. The cells are cryopreserved in the second passage to ensure the highest viability and plating efficiency.UC-MSCs proliferate as an adherent cell monolayer and have shown a strong capacity for expansion in vitro while maintaining their potential for differentiation to multiple lineages including adipocytes, osteoblasts and chondrocytes.
